Organic plans for UK B2B businesses: articles written and ready to publish, keywords and six AI surfaces tracked every month, technical fixes specified. Or start with the £500 read, which is yours to hand to anyone.
Plans from £1,500 a month. The read on its own is £500, credited against your first month.
Pre-flight read in five working days ()
| What | Why it's in the list |
|---|---|
| Indexation and crawl access | Whether the pages you care about can be reached and indexed at all, including by the AI crawlers, which is the cheapest thing in this list to get wrong. |
| Technical blockers | The things that quietly stop a page ranking: rendering, canonicals, redirect chains, thin or duplicated templates. |
| Rank-versus-cite overlap | Which of your pages rank, which get quoted in AI answers, and how far apart those two sets are. On twelve UK results we measured, 54% of cited sources did not rank underneath the answer. |
| The pages most likely to earn the answer | Not a keyword list. The specific pages where a change would move something, ranked. |
| What it is costing you | The commercial read underneath: what those queries are worth and what you are already paying to answer them through paid search. |
It arrives in the same document as the AI search, paid and conversion reads, because your buyers do not separate them and neither should the fixing order. Every check is itemised here. On a plan, the same read runs first as the pre-flight, and nothing changes until it has passed.
Every month: the articles written and ready to publish, your keywords and the six AI surfaces tracked, the technical fixes specified for your team. The tier sets how much of each.

The price you see is the price you pay. No setup fee, no percentage of anything, no markup, no commission.
Three months, then cancel any month. A change to a search account or a site can't be judged in one. From the fourth month there's no minimum term, no notice period and no exit fee.
Conversions from organic and AI search go up, or we keep working for free. We agree the baseline from your last 90 days in Analytics before anything changes. If conversions from organic and AI search across months four to six aren't above that baseline, the work continues at no charge until they are. It needs 90 days of history and tracking left intact. If your offer or your pages change outside the plan, the clock pauses rather than the guarantee ending.
Move between tiers whenever you want. An upgrade starts the same day. A downgrade starts on your next billing date. No penalties, no call, no new contract.
Never in an Organic plan: link building, off-site citation placement, CMS or development work, paid social. We write, you publish, so nothing on your estate changes hands. Anything outside the plan is a shop product, bought when you want it.
The pre-flight guarantee. We read the site and its Analytics in the first five working days. If the plan can't be run as sold, it's cancelled, the month is refunded in full and the reason comes to you in writing.
Card checkout isn't switched on yet. Say which plan and the payment link comes back the same working day.
Link building and off-site citation placement. Most of what moves a citation count happens on comparison pages, directories, trade titles and threads that models already read. That work is slow, sits outside your CMS and is not honestly billable as a fixed monthly service by anyone, including us. So it's printed as out, and the plan is priced for what's in.
The read stays independent. Buy the Diagnostic and nothing else and you get a document you can hand to your developer, your marketing manager or your current agency, from someone who isn't writing it to sell you the next twelve months.
UK demand for buying SEO is at a four-year high. The numbers, with the one figure we cannot explain left in.
Across twelve UK results, 54% of cited sources did not rank underneath the answer.
Ten agencies over 24 months. The answer is less tidy than the headlines, and we corrected our own earlier figures.
No. A retainer buys hours and argues about scope. The plan buys a printed set of limits: how many articles a month, how many keywords, the six AI surfaces, how many fixes specified, how fast you get an answer. Same price every month, three months then cancel any month, nothing to renegotiate. If you want more, you move up a tier.
You do. Every article arrives ready to publish: written, edited, sourced and checked against the brief. Your team pastes it into your CMS. We never take CMS access, which is why nothing on your estate changes hands and why the price can be printed.
If you have people who can execute and want an independent order of priorities, buy the read. It is yours to hand to anyone, including your current agency. If you want the articles written and the tracking run every month, buy a plan; start within 30 days of the read and the £500 is credited against your first month.
Conversions from organic and AI search, measured in your own Analytics, above the 90-day baseline we agree before anything changes. Judged across months four to six, because organic moves slower than paid. If it is not met, the work continues at no charge until it is. Rankings and citations are not guaranteed, because nobody controls them.
An audit tells you everything. The read ends at three to five ranked fixes with the reason each one sits where it does. Anything over ten items is a report rather than a decision, and a forty-item backlog is a way of handing the hard judgement back to you.
We checked rather than assumed. UK search demand for buying SEO is at a four-year high, and across ten comparable agencies over 24 months, seven have more organic traffic than they did in August 2024. What changed is not that search died; it is that there are now two shortlists to be on.
