What we collect

Four things, and why.

Anonymous, aggregate page analytics	Collected automatically when you visit.	To see which pages are read. No cookies are set for advertising and nothing is shared with an ad network.

Account access

Read-only, and revocable the moment we're done.

Read-only throughout. The Diagnostic never needs write access to anything. A plan needs write access to the ad accounts only, and to nothing else you own.
Never your CMS, tag manager or CRM. Not for the Diagnostic, not for a plan. Where a fix needs one of those, we write the specification and your people apply it.
Nothing is exported to a third-party tool beyond the analysis needed to produce your document.
Revoke it whenever you like. For the Diagnostic, the moment the document lands. Removing access does not affect what you have already been given.
We do not sell, share or rent your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list off the back of an enquiry.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become customers: deleted within 12 months.
Customer records and deliverables: kept for 6 years after the work ends, because HMRC requires it of the records behind an invoice.
Account access: removed at the end of the engagement.

Form submissions are delivered by FormSubmit, and email is hosted by Google Workspace. Both process data on our behalf. The site is hosted by Vercel.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ross@findable.digital and you will get an answer inside one working day and the action inside 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first, but you do not have to.

Terms

What you're buying, plainly.

The Diagnostic. £500, paid before the work starts. Delivered within five working days of access being granted, not of payment. It is a read and a ranked list; it is not implementation.
The Diagnostic guarantee. If the document does not contain at least three prioritised fixes, each with the evidence behind it and the commercial reason it ranks where it does, you get the £500 back. The test is the document, so there is nothing to argue about.
Ads and Organic plans. Billed monthly in advance, on an initial three-month term. From the fourth month you can cancel any month, with no notice period and no exit fee.
The performance guarantees. On an Ads plan, if your cost per conversion at comparable spend is not below the agreed 90-day baseline by the end of the third month, work continues at no charge until it is. On an Organic plan, if conversions from organic and AI search across months four to six are not above the agreed 90-day baseline, work continues at no charge until they are. Both need 90 days of history and intact tracking; a change to your offer, pages or spend pauses the clock rather than ending the guarantee.
The pre-flight guarantee. If the account, or the site and its Analytics, cannot be run as sold, the plan is cancelled inside five working days, the month is refunded in full and the reason comes to you in writing.
Your accounts stay yours. We work through a manager link. Your admin access never changes and your history stays with you when we part company.
Rankings and citations are not guaranteed. Nobody controls a search engine's ranking or a model's citation. The performance guarantees above are on conversions measured in your own accounts; the Diagnostic guarantee is on the document.
VAT. Prices are the total payable. No VAT is charged.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
